Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, .rendered February 21, 1975, convicting, him of burglary in the second degree, assault in the second degree and petit larceny, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and new trial ordered. There were several errors in this case which operated to deprive the defendant of a fair trial and which mandate the reversal of his conviction.
