This is a proceeding hy bill of review to modify a decree of the Logan Chancery Court, Northern District, from a portion of which decree an appeal was prosecuted to this court. First National Bank of Paris v. Gray, 168 Ark. 12, 268 S. W. 616. In the decree thus sought to be reviewed the court had made the following findings of fact:
