Plaintiffs-Appellants Lori Schlessinger (“Schlessinger”) and Brenda Pianko (“Pianko”) (collectively “plaintiffs”) appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Denis R. Hurley, Judge), dismissing their complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
