Vance Jackson was convicted in the Eastern District of New York in 2004 of being a felon in possession of a firearm, see 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1), 924(a)(2), and sentenced to 40 months’ incarceration followed by 3 years’ supervised release.
