Clerico v. Great Road Floors, Inc.

Plaintiffs Steven Clerico (“Clerico”) and Catherine D’Amore (“D’Amore”), and their corporation, Floors N More, Inc. (“Floors N More”), sued defendants Great Road Floors, Inc. (“Great Road Floors”) and Thomas F. Barrasso (“Barrasso”) for breach of a non-competition provision in the agreement by which plaintiffs purchased the business of Great Road Floors.
