MEMORANDUM DECISION & ORDER
J. THOMAS GREENE, District Judge.
This matter came before the court March 24, 1994 on plaintiffs Motion to Withdraw the Reference. Plaintiff was represented by Linda Jones of Anderson & Karrenberg. Martha Stonebrook, of Cohne, Rappaport & Segal, appeared for the defendant. After hearing oral argument, the court took the matter under advisement. Now being fully advised, the court issues the following Memorandum Decision and Order denying plaintiffs Motion.
