This is an appeal from a proceeding involving the eligibility of a pregnant woman for unemployment compensation under the provisions of the Employment Security Law. Phyllis J. Cable had been an employee of The Boeing Company from June 17, 1952, to February 5, 1962, as an engineering clerk. Prior to February 5, 1962, claimant notified Boeing that she had reached the fifth month of pregnancy and was expecting a child on June 8, 1962.
