In August 1999, Plaintiff Sue Aynes filed a complaint against Defendant, Space Guard Products, Inc. (“Space Guard”), alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., and the Americans with Disabilities’ Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. On April 5, 2001, the Court entered final judgment for Plaintiff in accordance with Plaintiffs acceptance of Defendant’s Offer of Judgment.
