A jury convicted Betty Sue Wilkins of malice murder, felony murder and three counts of cruelty to children in the death of three-year-old Clayton Miracle and the beating of his twin sister Kelly Miracle. Wilkins appeals contending that the trial court erred in failing to sever her trial from the trial of her husband Joe Wilkins 2 and in admitting “prior difficulties” evidence. Because severance was not required as a matter of due process and because the prior difficulties evidence was admissible to establish intent, we affirm.
