Quillian v. Tuck

Claude Tuck and Claude Tuck Jr. petitioned the court of ordinary for a citation requiring Eletcher Quillian executor of Fletcher A. Quillian to make a settlement of the estate of Lena Tuck. In an amendment to this petition the petitioners alleged that the executor, F. A. Quillian, in May, 1921, ■collected $178.50 from W. T.
