The defendant was convicted of murder in the first degree. This appeal presents two questions. It is contended that the information was bad for the reason that the killing was not alleged to have been done deliberately, and that the court erred in instructing the jury regarding the sole defense interposed— that of insanity..The information charged that the assault was made feloniously, willfully, deliberately, premeditatedly and with malice aforethought to kill and murder, and that the shooting was done feloniously, willfully, premeditatedly,…
