The appellants assign as error, that the court admitted in evidence tax deeds executed to the plaintiff subsequent to issue joined and subsequent to the demise laid in the declaration. '
Plaintiff had introduced to .sustain his action a paper purporting to be a tax deed to himself, upon a sale in 1875 for the unpaid taxes of 1874. This deed was dated anterior to the commencement of the suit.
