—In an action for specific performance, money damages, and declaratory and injunctive relief arising out of breach of a contract for the sale of a cooperative apartment, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Coppola, J.), entered June 1, 1987, as granted the motion of the respondents (hereinafter the cooperative defendants) for summary judgment and dismissed the complaint as against them, and denied that branch of the plaintiff’s motion which was for summary judgment against the cooperative defendants.
