On rehearing, attention is called to the opinion of this court in Maryland Casualty Co. et al. v. Stevenson, 143 Okla. 285, 288 Pac. 954, as being directly in conflict with the opinion “in this case. It is here asserted that subdivision 5, section 7284, C. O. S. 1921, reading as follows:

“ ‘Employment’ includes employment only in a trade, business or occupation carried on by the employer for pecuniary gain”
