The Republic of Argentina (“Argentina”) filed this lawsuit seeking vacatur of an international arbitration award against the country in the amount of $20,957,809, plus interest, in favor of the respondent AWG Group Ltd. (“AWG”). Pet. to Vacate Arbitration Award (“Pet.”), ECF No. 1. AWG, for its part, seeks confirmation, recognition, and enforcement of that same award.
