—Order of the Supreme Court, New York County (C. Beauchamp Ciparick, J.), entered March 26, 1992, which denied, in part, defendants’ motion to dismiss the amended complaint pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (1) and (7), is unanimously modified, on the law, and the defendants’ motion granted, to the extent of dismissing the complaint, without costs or disbursements. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of the defendants dismissing the complaint.
