Through this action, Plaintiff Deborah Clark (“Plaintiff’) seeks recovery from her former employer, School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties (“District”), claiming her employer failed to provide a reasonable accommodation for her disability in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq.)
