THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendants’ Motion for New Trial on *1273Damages or, in the Alternative, Remittitur [Doc. 120]. The Court, having considered the motion, briefs, relevant law and being otherwise fully informed, finds that the Motion is not well-taken and will be denied.
