It is urged that no mechanic’s lien can be enforced for any material, apparatus or fixtures that did not enter into and become a part of the improvement, and the argument of counsel for the appellant in support of this contention is particularly addressed to the claims of the Municipal Engineering & Contracting Company and Alexander Lumber Company.
