This matter came on for juiy-waived trial on December 29, 30, 2008 and January 2, 2009. Both parties presented their evidence pro se.

Testifying at trial were the plaintiff s mother, Patricia Druiy, the plaintiff Steven Druiy, the defendant Scott Druiy, the defendant’s father, Harry Drury and the defendant’s significant other, Victoria Ina Druiy.
