Luigino’s, Inc. appeals the district court’s 1 grant of summary judgment to Robert Peterson and IBP, Inc. on Luigi-no’s claims of breach of fiduciary duty, negligent misrepresentation, corporate usurpation, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of confidentiality agreement. We affirm.
