This action was brought by the plaintiffs to recover from the defendants the sum of $198.50, the same being the price of ten tons of Globe fertilizer ordered by the defendants and delivered to them by the. plaintiff, in pursuance of a contract in writing, a copy of which is appended to the complaint as a part thereof, and marked exhibit A.
