—In an action to recover four separate no-fault medical payments under a uniform contract of insurance, the plaintiffs appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Dunne, J.), dated April 26, 2001, as denied their motion for summary judgment.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof denying those branches of the motion which were for summary judgment on the third and fourth causes of action, and substituting therefor a provision granting those branches of the motion; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from,…
