In a child custody proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, the mother appeals, as limited by her brief, from stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Queens County *963(Ebrahimoff, Ct. Atty. Ref.), dated March 16, 2010, which, after a hearing, inter alia, granted the father’s petition for sole custody of the subject child.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the facts and in the exercise of discretion, by deleting the fourth decretal paragraph thereof relating to visitation; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, and…
