This appeal and cross appeal arise out of a dispute involving a contract for the sale of the Royston Motel and Restaurant in Franklin Springs, Georgia. The purchaser sued to recover monies paid by him to the seller and to have the contract declared void and unenforceable because it is too vague and indefinite. The seller counterclaimed for specific performance 1 of the contract by the purchaser and for recovery of various losses in addition to a judgment that the contract purchase price of $150,000 was fair and equitable.
