ERROR TO THE COURT OP APPEALS OF THE STATE OP KENTUCKY.. • The facts are stated in the opinion. So far as concerns interstate shipments of live stock, the whole matter is concluded by the judgment of the Federal court in the former litigation in Central Stock Yards Co. v. Louisville & Nashville R. R. Co., 192 U. S. 568, and that judgment is a bar to the relief sought in this case as to such interstate shipments.
