OPINION

CASTILLO, Justice.

Appellant, William T. Swartz, was convicted by a jury of the offense of credit card abuse, a state jail felony. He was sentenced by the court to two years in a state jail, suspended for a term of three years community supervision, and assessed a $1000.00 fine. From this conviction Swartz appeals, alleging in a single issue that the evidence is legally insufficient to support his conviction. We affirm.
