In this class action the plaintiffs-teachers asked the circuit court to declare invalid the action of the Waynesville R-VI School District terminating longevity salary increments to teachers who do not reside in the District or on Fort Leonard Wood. The class consists of teachers of the District with the following common characteristics. Each was first employed before July 1, 1970. Each had been continuously employed to the time of trial.
