Groen (Groen) and Deputy Executive Director Corey Pelling-ton (Pellington), filed with the Pennsylvania Department of State (State Department) a substitute nomination certificate designating Emilio A. Vazquez (Substitute Candidate) as the Party’s candidate in the March 21, 2017 special election for State Representative in the 197th Legislative District (Substitute Nomination Certificate).
