Bethel, Judge.
Access Management Group, L.P. appeals the denial of its motion for a directed verdict and entry of final judgment against it. Access Management argues that the trial court erred in denying its motion for directed verdict on the claims for negligence and breach of contract, that the verdict form submitted to the jury was erroneous, and that the trial court permitted a double recovery against it. We disagree and affirm.
