In a proceeding to stay arbitra*726tion, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Willen, J.), dated December 4, 1985, which granted the petitioner school district’s application.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
