for the Court:

¶ 1. Curtis Evans appeals the denial of his motion for post-conviction collateral relief (PCCR). Evans argues that he received ineffective assistance of counsel and that his guilty plea was involuntary. We find no error and affirm.

FACTS

¶ 2. Evans was indicted for attempted robbery under Mississippi Code Annotated section 97-1-7 (Rev.2006) and as a habitual offender under Mississippi Code Annotated section 99-19-81 (Rev.2007), due to two prior felony convictions for armed robbery and burglary.
