In this appeal, defendant Bevil Campbell challenges his convictions and sentence for conspiracy to import a controlled sub stance, 21 U.S.C. § 963; aiding and abetting the importation of a controlled substance, 21 U.S.C. § 952(a); and conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 846. Specifically, the defendant appeals from the decision of the district court to admit out-of-court statements made by his alleged co-conspirators.
