This is a motion by plaintiff to punish defendant for contempt.
After trial before Mr. Justice Kleinfeld it was determined that when plaintiff conveyed to defendant, his brother, a certain parcel of real property on June 30, 1947, it was pursuant to an arrangement whereby defendant would hold title to the property for plaintiff’s benefit until plaintiff would recover from his mental illness at which time defendant Avould reconvey.
