In this appeal defendant, found guilty as charged of armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797, and kidnapping, MCLA 750.349; MSA 28.581, and sentenced to concurrent terms of 20 to 40 years imprisonment, challenges the legality of his conviction of kidnapping.
