In this, an appeal from the district court for Dodge county, the plaintiffs sue to recover damages arising from the claimed creation and operation of a nuisance, alleging in substance that plaintiffs were the owners of certain premises upon which were situated a lumber and coal yard together with a residence and office building combined, which premises were used for the business and residence of the plaintiffs, and that there were - situated thereon buildings and structures used in carrying on a lumber and building material business, and a part of which was used for…
