Steve Dombro and Elizabeth Dombro filed in the circuit court of Cook county an application for the registration of title in themselves to certain lots hereafter described, pursuant to the provisions of an act concerning land titles, approved and in force May 1, 1897, as amended. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1937, chap. 30, p. 761.)
