Claimant alleges that at Bear Mountain Park on July 5, 1931, he sustained personal injuries due to negligence of the State of New York, its officers, agents, servants and employees. On July 27, 1931, claimant filed a duplicate original of Ms written claim with the Superintendent of Public Works and on the same date another duplicate origmal with the Attorney-General. The written claims so filed were duly verified and contamed the information required by section 15 of the Court of Claims Act. They were filed within sixty days after the alleged injury occurred.
