Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Otsego County (Lambert, J.), entered September 18, 2015, which, among other things, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate respondent’s children to be neglected.

Respondent is the father of four sons (born in 2005, 2012, 2013 and 2014). In November 2014, respondent was at home with his children.
