DICKINSON, District Judge.
The instant case presents the same facts, by the same evidence, as that ruled by Judge Lynch, of the district of New Jersey (opinion nbt yet reported). Concurring as we do in the judgment he has rendered, we accept and adopt the findings made and conclusions reached by him in dismissing the libel, with costs.
