The plantiff, appellee here, filed his petition for an alterative writ of mandamus in the district court of Santa Fe county on the - day of October, 1919, where he demanded that the defendant, appellant here, execute to him a deed ivithout any reservation whatsoever for certain state lands Avhich had been applied for by Louis W. Christoph, Avhose rights, were succeeded to by the appellee.
