On March 6,1925, the complainant, Klever Shampay Karpet Kleaners, a corporation, filed a bill of complaint asking that the City of Chicago and certain of its officers and agents be restrained from interfering with the construction of a certain building to be used by the complainant in Chicago in its dry-cleaning business.
