Appellant Austin Cooper was convicted of raping his minor daughter, A.C., who was below the age of fourteen, in violation of Ark. Code Ann. § 5-14-103 (Repl. 1993). He was sentenced to life imprisonment as a habitual offender with more than four prior convictions.
