Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Tompkins County (Cassidy, J.), entered June 21, 2016, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 7, to find respondent in violation of his *1232probation, and placed him in the custody of the Tompkins County Department of Social Services.
