Order of the Supreme Court, New York County (Stuart Cohen, J.), entered October 18, 1995, which denied plaintiffs motion for summary judgment, is unanimously affirmed, without costs or disbursements. Order of the same court and Justice, entered June 21, 1996, which granted the defendants-respondents’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them and discharging the mechanic’s lien filed by plaintiff against their property, is unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and the motion for summary judgment denied.
