Appellant Michael Donald Roberts was tried by jury and convicted of Murder in the First Degree (21 O.S.Supp.1982, § 701.7) and Burglary in the First Degree, After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies (21 O.S. 1981, § 1431 and 21 O.S.Supp.1985, § 51), Case No. CRF-88-677, in the District Court of Oklahoma County.
