OPINION
RIDGELY, President Judge.
This criminal action involves allegations that co-defendants Amy S. Grossberg and Brian C. Peterson committed Capital Murder in the First Degree, 11 DelC. § 636(1), and Murder by Abuse or Neglect in the First Degree, 11 Del.C. § 634, of their newborn son in Newark, Delaware. Presently before the Court is the State’s motion seeking sanctions against Robert C. Gottlieb, Esq., one of the counsel for defendant Grossberg, and/or a revocation of his admission pro hac vice for violations of the Delaware Lawyers’ Rules of Professional Conduct and an order of this Court…
