Appeal from District Court, McIntosh Co'unty; Preslie B. Cole, Judge. Pude Wadsworth was convicted of manslaughter, and he appeals. There are no questions involved in tliis ease which require a statement of the testimony.

First. Counsel for appellant have filed an extensive brief in which they refer in general terms to a number of cases decided by this court, but they have not in a single instance cited the page and volume of the state reports on which these decisions can be found. We cannot consider such citations. The state has gone to the expense of officially publishing the reports of this court and of the Supreme Court, and these reports are conclusive as to what has been decided and can be purchased for the nominal price of $1.50 each.
