This is an action of tort to recover compensation for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff while a patron in the theatre owned and operated by the defendant. The case was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict for the plaintiff, and now comes before us on the defendant's exceptions to the denial of its motions for a directed verdict, and for the entry of a verdict in its favor under the leave reserved by the judge.
