Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Monserrate, J.), rendered December 14, 1984, convicting defendant following a nonjury trial of the crimes of robbery in the first degree and petit larceny.

On July 28, 1984, defendant and her boyfriend, Earl Fagan, entered the Great American supermarket in the City of Binghamton for the admitted purpose of stealing cigarettes.
